Frozen shoulder means that the shoulder is blocked, in which there is pain and stiffness in the shoulder joint. There is also difficulty in working or rotating shoulders in such a situation. Expert is telling about some such exercises which give relief ...
Hand pendulum
Stand upright near the table or chair. Draw a distance of one foot between the legs. Slightly bend forward and the left hand rests on the table or chair. With this, support the body and let the right hand hang loose and upright like a pendulum. Keeping it loose, rotate it round (about one feet) as per the picture. Rotate right to left first and then vice versa. Similarly repeat 10-10 times on both sides.
BAND STRETCH
Stand upright with the left shoulder near the door. Now fold a small resistance band into the hook of the door. For this you can also use some place where the band can be implicated. Make the fist by holding the other part of the band with the right hand. Now pull the band bringing the fist to the chest. Then bring the band back to normal. Repeat the same process 10-15 times on the other side.
STRETCH OF ARMS
Stand in front of a high shelf or table (chest high). Now keep both hands upright on the parallel table. The legs also have to be straight. Now bend a little while bending your knees without moving your hands and shoulders. Then stand up straight, coming up in normal position. Repeat this process 20 times daily.
FINGER MOVEMENTS
Stand directly in front of the wall keeping the distance of the length of the hand. Place the palm of the left hand parallel to the chest and place it on the wall. While moving the middle and index finger on the wall, move the hand upwards as per the speed. Then move down like that. Repeat the same process on the other side.
