Ultimate Remedy for Hair Fall...

 Many people are worried about their hair fall problem. They have a lot of hair fall. On combing their hair, a lot of loose hair falls out. Sometimes, a bunch of hair also falls off. This is on-going. Hair falls off when they run their fingers through it. They apply a lot of different oils, but the hair doesn't get better. Why? Because we don't understand the root of the problem.

 Hair falls because of excessive Vayu element in our bodies. Gas is produced in the stomach. Those who have gas in their stomach, they will experience hair fall.


 That's a different matter, that hair falls because of weakness. Weakness happens because, once the gas is formed in the stomach, now the body will not get any nutrition. When gas is formed in the stomach, it cannot absorb nutrition well enough. 

This leads to weakness in our bodies. We eat everything but still have a weakness. That is why the problem of stomach gas needs to be resolved. After lunchtime, whisk some curd. Add some salt, black pepper, asafoetida, roasted cumin seeds and add some rock salt, and add a little water.


 Drink this after your lunch. Not after breakfast or dinner. If you start drinking this after lunch, then your stomach will not form gas, and your hair fall problem will diminish. Other than this, the buttermilk that is the residue after making butter, wash your head with it. This is excellent, because what you cannot eat, you are applying it to your hair.
 Hair is also a part of your body. If something that goes in your body and harms you, if you cannot eat it, then when you apply to your hair, it will certainly harm you. Hence, apply that, what is edible, that which benefits you, that which is nutritious. Use buttermilk, or curd or the sour buttermilk, that you get when you make butter. Wash your hair using any of these.


 Apply it to your hair for 10-20 minutes, and let it stay on your hair. Do this regularly. I met one old lady of 90 years, who did not have a single grey strand of hair. I asked her what did she do? She said that she had never used shampoo in her life. She added that she had only applied buttermilk, the residue after making butter to her hair. Despite that, if you face hair fall problem, rub the nails against each other, practice Anulom Vilom Pranayam.

 Both these can be done for 10 minutes each daily. Other than this, if you want to wash your hair, Crush Reetha, amla, Shikakai in powder form. If you wish, you can add some Brahmi, in powder form. Take all in powdered form- 1 spoon each. At night soak all these ingredients in a clay pot, in a coarsely crushed powder form. Soak these in a clay pot at night. In the morning, after rubbing these very well, distribute this to your family members for all to use. The lather will also be formed with Reetha.


 If you add more Reetha, then it will lather better. Do not use Shampoo. No matter how amazing is the shampoo, it cannot keep your hair healthy. It takes away its nutrition gradually. Those who have hair fall or have greying hair, a special tip for them. You can take it from anywhere. It is very easily available- custard apple. The seeds of custard apple. You have to crush the custard apple seeds.

 You can crush these in a mortar. After crushing, add some milk to it, and leave it for half an hour. Then crush it for 5-7 minutes. After crushing it, apply it to your scalp like this. Leave it in your hair for an hour. After that, apply Reetha, Amla, Shikakai as I have shared with you, or if it is not available, then use some good brand Ayurvedic shampoo. Always use Coconut oil or Mustard oil or use Amla oil. 

The oils which have added fragrance or aroma, do not use any such oils, because that leads to hair fall. The more perfumed oil that you chose, the more the hair fall. One of the reasons behind losing hair from the center, is the liver generating more heat. Those who have more heat in their bodies face hair fall. People who have more body heat have these symptoms, their lips start to dry, their feet have a burning sensation, throat feels parched, they feel thirsty and experience acidity. You can infer from this, that they have more heat in their bodies. 

They should also have buttermilk after lunch. If they have curd, then they should add sugar and not add salt. Keep away from sour foods. Reduce the intake of salty, sweet and spicy foods. Pay attention to your water intake. 


Drink timely water. 90 minutes after meals, and 30 minutes before the next meal. Drink as much water. Along with this, if you use coconut oil or almond oil, or use Amla hair oil, which is excellent.
